Paul Sharma is a credible real estate agent !!He visited my property at 2 vernon court in Hoppers Crossing was very confident in his ability to sell my property at a more than average price for the area t he advised me on the price he would be able to obtain which was the at the bottom end of my expectation but did not faultar in his quest to obtain that price the offers did come and were much lower than expected(by me )but by the end of the campaign reached the pr ce he told me he could achieve. his communication throughout the campaign was excellent, when most property selling in the area at that time was by auction , Paul was adement private treaty was the best way to go saving me money in fees etc We sold the property in about 3 weeks and achieved a price which was near enough to the top of the market &. Coming from a real estate industry myself I was bit hesitant in handing the sale process of my property to someone else ...
It wasn't a long term thinking process it was a preety quick decision after discussing with Jay we decided to go ahead ... initial process was simple as he already had buyers lined up...
Alter the photo shoot things flew , 2 weeks and our property was sold .... he delivered what he promised and without any stress the handover will be given to the new owners in New Years ...
